PayID Deposits and Withdrawals Are Not the Same Route

Confirm what the cashier actually offers

Open the cashier while logged in and record whether PayID appears under deposit, withdrawal or both. Save the payee name or identifier shown before confirming anything; a marketing page is not the live account menu.

If withdrawal uses bank transfer rather than PayID, record the BSB/account requirements and the displayed processing estimate. Do not assume a deposit reference can be reused as a payout destination.

Separate approval from settlement

The operator first reviews the request; only after approval can the payment rail and receiving bank process it. Keep the casino request ID, approval timestamp and bank credit timestamp as three separate facts.

An 'instant' claim should be tested from approval, not from the moment the withdrawal button was pressed. Verification, bonus review or an internal queue can occur before the bank sees a payment instruction.

Match ownership and references

Use a PayID or bank account in the verified player’s name. Record any payer descriptor and the exact amount received, especially if a processor name differs from the casino brand.

For a missing transfer, give support the request ID and approval time; give the bank only the payment reference it can recognise. This keeps two investigations from being mixed together.

Escalate the correct stage
